Volunteers
VGC offers a year-round volunteer scheme across all areas of our work, providing interesting and exciting placements to those looking for a career in an NGO, or charity organisation.
Volunteer opportunities are announced alongside our paid positions on this page, we welcome expressions of interest in volunteering at any time. We ask for volunteers to commit to a minimum of three months for at least two days a week. We offer wonderful opportunities for people to contribute their knowledge, skills, and passion to our communities.
Experts
Opportunities exist for professionals who can advise on policy issues, assist and coach in program development, fundraising, communications and evaluation.
We also need people who can strengthen our networks in fields such as construction, education, children and development, health, as well as ongoing periodic organizational health checks, among others. Opportunities for experts are announced on this website, however, we welcome expressions of interest in various expert areas.
